Return & Refund Policy
How To Start A Return?
1. Email to customer service: email@example.com including:
Order number, the question you want to solve together with picture of product if necessary.
A photo of bar-code on the plastic bag.
2. Get authorization from Customer Service.
3. Get coupon or refund.
Tracking number is required to complete the return. It will facilitate for us to track your return status and process your return. Please note the provided tracking number must be trackable.
4. Take your refund/exchange when the package is received.
Return & Refund Conditions
1. Orders are able to be canceled and refunded before shipping.
2. Easy to initiate a refund or exchange in 30 days after delivery.
3. We responsible for all following defective item within 30 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, poor quality materials, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received.
4. If buyer has chosen the wrong size/color or does like the item (item is not faulty), we can allow return once we receive all information in point. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise.
5. Items must be clean, never wore, washed and damaged and no smell.
6. As to bikinis, we only accept returning whole set of bikinis, both top and bottom, not one part.
7. Sales and clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
8. If customer service offers a coupon to compensate your first order, the next order with this coupon applied on will not be returnable or exchangeable, only the part of the payment that's exceeding the coupon value can be refundable.
9. As usual, refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account.
PayPal refunds will be transferred within 3 days after we get the package back.
